GRAPE VARIETIES: 85% Viura, 10% Malvasía and 5% Garnacha Blanca.
VINEYARDS: A selection of vines with an average age of 20 years.
HARVEST: Manual, in small trailers.
VINIFICATION: Fermented in American and French oak barrels.
AGEING: After fermentation, the wine spends six months over lees in the same barrels.

TASTING NOTES: An alternative to discover Rioja’s three native white varieties. A wine loaded with nuances, with intense aromas of ripe white fruit, fine roasted coffee notes and a fresh, honeyed, rich taste, that makes a perfect companion to appetizers, fish and pasta dishes.
